I love this type of Kitchen Art featuring my favourite simple ingredients of mackerel, Olive oil, Tomatoes, basil and lemon. It makes me think of summers in the French and Italian Riveria. It is a mixed media piece on canvas, I love the colour palette and raw simplicity of this.
