Sophie Peanut loves to draw and paint. It makes her happy. She carries a sketchbook with her most of the time.

She believes that eating well will help you feel healthy and full of energy and enjoys cooking meals for her family. Since discovering They Draw and Cook, she's having fun illustrating her favourite recipes!

Sophie lives in Halifax UK, with her husband and three children.

She likes yoga, walking, running and drawing (did I mention that already?).
