Bio:

I'm Jen and I draw, illustrate and sketch houses and homes and buildings. And also other things when the mood takes me.

I mostly work with pen, ink and watercolour out of my tiny studio in Surrey, just outside London. My style is sketchy, informal and relaxed.

I take commissions for houses and buildings via Etsy (more than 1k so far...!) which allows me to indulge my love of homes and nosiness about how other people live. You might also have spotted me in the Etsy TV ad a few Christmases ago.

My first book, The Joy of Sketch, was published in 2020 and I’m thrilled that it’s encouraging people who may not feel they have any artistic ability to get sketching and see what they can create. I keep a sketchbook on the go most of the time and like to share via my website and Instagram.
