The Birla Ojasvi new residential buildings, developed by large builders such as the Birla Group, have transformed the southeast of Bangalore into a desirable place to live and invest. The brand-new, soon-to-be Birla Ojasvi Floor Plan complex spans 10 acres in Bangalore's RR Nagar neighbourhood. Row houses have five bedrooms, whereas apartments have one to four. The township has 607 apartments and 8-row villa houses with floor plans ranging in size from 450 to 3000 square feet and featuring 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms. On September 27, 2024, the project was started.
