Bio:

Hello! I’m Emily, a surface pattern designer, illustrator, pastel artist, and interior designer from the Southwest.
I have always been drawn to color and pattern and I particularly love to design for home goods, textiles, and wall coverings. I have a successful interior design studio and draw on that extensive experience when creating art and patterns for use in the home, including colorful, modern designs for adults, as well as fun and quirky designs for children’s products. I love to travel and find different environments to be a huge inspiration when designing.

My art is done both by hand: painting, sketching, and experimenting with various art materials, and digitally using programs like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Fresco, and Procreate. I create stand-alone illustrations as well as technically repeating patterns.
