I do not LIKE cooking, but I do it every day. What makes it even more difficult is that my husband (an artist) has all kinds of food-intolerances, so I cannot use 'normal' ingredients, and have a very limited repertoire of dishes I'm good at and that we both enjoy.

I was an art teacher for more than 30 years, now retired with what ought to be a lot of time on my hands. However, the days seem to fly past faster and faster, and I don't DO the things I was going to do "one day". I have quite a few recipes floating about in my head that I want to draw for this site... let's see whether I get them done.
