Bio:

Ell Rose is a non-binary illustrator & animator based in Edinburgh.

Ell works with the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI) as the illustration features editor for SCBWI’s online magazine wordsandpics.org

Things that inspire Ell’s illustration work come from games, movies, and their everyday life living alongside cats.

Their interest in innovative and engaging children’s books began as a child, this helped them to pursue a degree in illustration and learning animation to help their work look and feel more fluid and have more depth.
