Bio:

​I am a mixed-media and digital artist with a passion for art, writing, deep conversations, and seaside adventures with my three favorite men (ages 8, 10 and 44). My very first art-love was writing. It manifested itself during primary school—poetry, creative short stories…and of course, the pictures that came along with them. In college, I rediscovered a deep well of passion for the visual arts and writing. A BFA soon led to a career in graphic design, which was followed by a Master’s Degree in Teaching—always with the thread of connection and communication running through my work. The birth of my two sons released me to follow my heart, reclaiming the artist that I have always been. Today, I revel in illustration, surface pattern design and mixed-media art, making heartfelt connections with others through art and words.​
