Bio:

Mel Amann is a British illustrator and surface pattern designer living in the Salisbury plain area of Wiltshire with her husband, 4 children and 2 cats.

She works from her home studio where she specializes in mostly digital illustration, with the occasional gouache and ink. She is influenced by her rural surroundings and likes to include flora, fauna and nature in her works. Her work is bright, feminine and quirky, which stems from her bubbly personality.

When not creating illustrations and designs, Mel enjoys sewing, crafting, baking cakes, music and looks forward to camping trips with her family.
