Bio:

Hello! I am Robinette Fowler, an artist, pattern designer and illustrator.

At a very young age I fell in love with period textiles and prints, which led to a fashion design degree, and a growing fabric collection. My passion for pattern and color joyfully overflowed into surface design and illustration.

Using vector graphics in bold palettes I seek to reflect my love of historical design, both in patterns and illustration. The language of design in nature, as well as the swirls, flourishes and motifs found in every era, from Medieval to Modernism, speak to me. As a result, the designs flowing from me are hand-drawn and whimsical, often referencing the past, but perfectly styled for the present!
