Sheila Keegan is an artist who specializes in children's book illustration and creating artwork for kids. Her hand-painted gouache illustrations are inspired by nature, childhood memories, and her Filipino American heritage. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, she lives with her husband and two silly cats. In her free time, Sheila enjoys gardening, baking, and crafting.
