My brother in law makes this cake for almost every family gathering, and I will cheat on any diet for it! The cake is a delicious, moist chocolate made with strong coffee, and cream cheese makes the peanut butter frosting extra rich. I made two of these cakes this year for my daughter's birthday. She loves it just as much as I do!
