Violets are one of the most known as edible flower within roses but I'm pretty sure you never tried in a risotto, with a cream made of pinoli, leek, cardamomo seeds and.. violets!
strange combination of ingredients but very easy recipe, you just need to remember to soak pinoli the night before!
