If I have to pick a flower to eat, it will have to be the Elderflower! For me there’s no flavour that represents Spring more than the one from a good Elderflower cordial - the sweet flavour with the freshness of the lemon is a combination made in heaven! This cake is my all favourite cake (and was also the one chose by Harry and Meghan for their wedding ;) ). Enjoy!
