Growing up in Virginia Beach, VA, every summer my mom would take my siblings and I to Pungo to go pick strawberries. We would make jar after jar of strawberry jam. This recipe is a quicker version, which can be kept in the freezer till use. Remember to only fill the jar to it’s “shoulder”, or the far could explode in the freezer as the jam expands.
