I was inspired by my husband's grandmother, an excellent pastry chef who always goes into the woods on her electric bicycle, picking red fruits and preparing all kinds of desserts. Twice a year she sends me strawberry jams prepared by her and every visit to her house is full of delicious and traditional desserts. This strawberry season is delicious with her desserts!
