A Hunter's Dish (in Dutch: Jagersschotel) is a typical recipe from Belgium where you put all kind of "layers" in the oven. The name refers to the meat that normally is part of this dish. Since I'm vegetarian, I make my own version of this delicious hunter's dishes.
