Ramen is one of my favorite comfort food for chilly weather! I love the hot rich pork or chicken flavored broth, chewy noodles and all the possible add-ons to ramen soup. Also, ramen bowls are so much fun to eat, each bite is a delicious combination of new textures and flavors!
