A prominent memory from my childhood summer breaks is when we would spend early hours of the morning inside our country home's kitchen which is essentially a hut with mud stoves, hen coops and delicious aroma would fill the tiny space as my grandmother makes a simple rice meal for us. All while the warmth from the firewood surrounded us.
