My Happy Meal
My happy meal often consists of freshness and always with a bubble tea. Matcha is packed with antioxidants and paired with almond milk is definitely a healthy nutritious drink, hot or cold! I also love a great Japanese salad, with wakame seaweed salad, sashimi, sweet corn, avocado cubes, thinly sliced radish, as well as brown rice. Sprinkle some black sesame for garnish. The dishes are easy to make and make me feel at home. I remember that as a child I had exercise books with red and blue lines, I would love to scribble my favourite recipes on these vintage notebooks. Comfort and nostalgia all at once.
