I grew up with my dad on the Jersey Shore and frequently would go to the beach and order a pork roll, egg, and cheese sandwich! I combined this memory with getting bagels every morning at summer camp and came to the perfect culmination of the most wonderful sun-soaked memories. Enjoy!
