In Mexico we drink Agua Fresca very often to chill out. Agua Fresca is lighter than a juice and is sometimes served in a plastic bag tied around a straw. Flavors of Agua Fresca are as vast as you can imagine, any fruits, vegetables, soaked grains, syrups like hibiscus, etc. Some of my favorites are cooling cucumber mixed with lime and tangy tamarind.
