This is a wholesome vegetarian spread from the state of Odisha, India. The meal is served in brassware traditionally and is a balance of sweet, sour, bitter, salty dishes and a variety of textures. Some unique dishes are pumpkin flower fritters, date and tamarind chutney and sundried lentil dumplings. Delicious!
