The last year, the weekly italian course for foreigners where I volunteer ( https://www.facebook.com/scuolaitalianoerba ) had been switched online, due to the pandemic issues. While communicating from our tech devices, we teachers and attendees of the course got the idea of exchanging recipes of tasteful dishes from our countries. It was a big joy to illustrate them (and trying to cook them too).

Here it is my take on Malva's favorite dish from Pakistan, Byriani rice (also, as she noticed, suitable for vegetarians) and Sylvie's Alloco, from Ivory Coast. Enjoy!
