I don’t know about you…but when preparing my vegan omelette in the morning, I get pretty bored of getting together the ingredients and weighing everything every day.
So I thought I‘ll just mix everything up in a jar for a number of omelettes and save some time!
400gr chickpea flour
200gr dinkel (spelt) flour
16gr baking powder
1 tsp turmeric (optional for color)
5gr kala namak (optional for eggy smell)
5gr nutritional yeast (optional because it’s awesome)
