Rajasthani Gatte Ki Curry
Gatte Ki Curry is another popular traditional dish from Rajasthan. This speciality includes steamed gram flour dumplings cooked in delicious and aromatic spicy yogurt curry. They say, we should never throw the boiled water in which the gattas are cooked. We then add this stock to adjust the curry’s consistency. Lastly, one can add fresh fenugreek leaves or kasuri methi. Serve with rotis/ jowar or bajra rotis or steamed rice jeera rice.
