2️⃣ Spread the dough in a baking dish to the very top edge. Make small holes with a fork. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then we heat the oven to 170 ° and put the form with the dough in there for 10-15 minutes.

3️⃣ Cream!
Mix 700 grams of sour cream, 80 grams of sugar and starch with a mixer or blender.

4️⃣ Remove the pie base from the oven. If the bottom is too thick, you can remove a little dough with a spoon.

Pour some of the cream into the mold with the dough.
Put a berry. Put the remaining cream and a few berries on top.

5️⃣ Bake for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees. When the cake is browned, then it is ready.

6️⃣ Wait for the cake to cool.
