This is a new, artistic spin on one of my favorite classic recipes, lemon meringue pie. The piece is an original watercolor, demonstrating the steps one takes to successfully accomplish this classic dessert. This pie is certainly on the decadent side, but balanced out wonderfully with the zest and juice of lemons, providing a more dimensional flavor profile. It is topped with light, airy whipped meringue and toasted to golden-brown perfection. Enjoy on a hot summer day, or whenever you’re craving a comforting classic.
