Godrogrodro or Vanilla Spice Cake is a popular sweet treat from Madagascar. It's very vegan, soft and delicious, perfect for dessert, snack and even for breakfast with a cup of tea or coffee. When I miss home, I cook a lot. I tried this recipe by following a YouTube video and my first attempt turned out pretty well ! Measurements may change depending on the recipes but the process is still the same as explained in my illustration.
