Whilst on an art retreat in Provence our group was treated to a cookery day at Les amis de la cuisine provençale in La Roquebruanne. We joined forces as a group to make a 3 course lunch, ending with this fruit tart. Simple and rustic yet packing a punch with flavour. And it tasted even better all sat under a shady spot in the grounds.
