In one of my earlier lives, I was a food server in a hip & trendy restaurant in the Bay Area in California. It was there I was introduced to the world of fun (& refreshing!) cocktails. On slow nights, we sometimes even made our own drinks. The mojito was one of my favorites.

This drink can also be made as a mocktail by leaving out the rum and adding a bit more agave & soda. Cheers!
