Hi,
this is a commissioned estate map of a property in Provence. The olive oil mill Saint-Augustin was part of the Abbey of Senanque and is still operational today. The map is for visitors and tells the story of the ancient sluice (lock) system, the protected natural environment, the olive grove, the ancient pigeon tower, etc.
