Fried Egg In a Kale Nest

For a pretty and healthy summer breakfast, julienne kale and sautee it until soft. Make a hole in the center of the tangle of kale and drop in an egg, cooking it whatever way you like. For extra flavor, add a bit of onion with the kale, and a splash of broth just after the egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish however you like, although I recommend nasturtiums :)
