This is a cocktail recipe I adapted as a big batch recipe for my birthday party. My birthday is near the holidays, so I wanted something pretty and festive (and not too sweet) that could be served to a large group. I came up with the Ruby Red, and it was such a hit I illustrated it and served it again the next year!
