Route 66 runs from Chicago to Santa Monica (or vice versa, depending on your perspective) and driving it is a bucket list item for many people. Between the silly roadside attractions, the Americana history, and the natural beauty of the states it passes through (I see you Kansas) it is a once in a lifetime experience, to be sure.
