潮州紅桃粿 (ChaoZhou Red Peach Cake) is a savory traditional Chinese dish from Guangdong Province. Pink hue rice flour skin wrapped with flavorful glutinous rice. Pressed on a very detailed designed peach shaped wooden mold, then steamed to perfection. This is the Lam family recipe and drawn with love towards my Teochew heritage
