Native Venice (Venezia Nativa)
The Venissa estate is an ancient walled vineyard restored by the Bisol family that dominates the Island of Mazzorbo and gives its name to the restaurant/ostello structure that is managed by the renowned Bellunese chef Paola Budel.
The Venissa estate also plays host to vegetable gardens, orchards and a fish farm which emphasize the enogastronomic culture of the Lagoon. In this authentic natural environment and agricultural park - created within the territory of the Lagoon Park institution and owned by the Municipality of Venice - it is possible to stay in any of the six welcoming rooms that overlook the lagoon and the estate.
