This is my favorite recipe on earth. It's so easy and delicious. Growing up in Arizona, I got to eat food like this every day, but it's hard to find here in Maryland. The secret to these is the spice blend Arizona Dreaming - you can find it from Penzey's - but it's not totally necessary. They taste just as good if you can't get your hands on any!
