Bio:

Yoko Baum is a freelance illustrator based in Portland Oregon who specializes in editorial illustration, food illustration, drink illustration, and nature-based artwork. Her style is created from vibrant / high saturation color palette and bold shapes with some textures for extra expression. Also she loves to play and experiment with different styles to create the best solution for her clients wishes. She is a digital artist and work with high resolution raster. Her go to tools are Procreate and Adobe Photoshop in order to achieve and personal quality to the work.
Today (in 2025), she focuses and enjoys cook books / life-style magazine's spot illustrations, spreads and full pages, and covers. Those things always sounds glamorous to her.
When Yoko is not drawing, she enjoys cooking and baking for her sons, hiking in summer.
