The Re-Charge It Smoothie
This is currently my kids’ favorite smoothie, and they usually request it in the afternoons after school for a little pick-me-up. It’s a very simple recipe of banana, berries, and frozen chunks of dragon fruit whizzed in a blender with vanilla yogurt and oat milk. Bright and zesty flavors!
